Shipping

We offer safe, reliable, and timely shipping for all jewellery and gemstone orders within Australia. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. Please note that this offer is applicable only for shipments to residential or commercial addresses; we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days after being ordered via trusted courier/postal services to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. For custom-made-to-order items, lead times may vary depending on complexity, varying from 4-7 weeks for production. We will be in touch to advise of the expected production time. If you wish to ask for the expected lead time prior to placing a custom order please call 07 3210 1975 or email selectgems@meganaustinvaluations.com.au.

Please ensure the shipping address provided on checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Although shipping is out of our control, if you should experience excessive delays, contact us to follow up with the shipper.

Orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, please contact the delivery agent for details on how to collect your parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, we do not permit couriers or Australia Post to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address. We will not accept any responsibility for parcels reported missing if a customer has given permission for a courier to leave on the premises or used the Australia Post ‘SafeDrop’ option.

Alternatively, you may arrange to collect your order from our Queen Street Mall premises by appointment between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations. Standard shipping is free for orders over AUD $100.

• Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically within 1-3 business days for metro areas. Express shipping costs AUD $15 for orders under AUD $100 and is free for orders over this amount.

• Tracking: All orders include tracking, which will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Packaging: All jewellery is securely packaged in protective boxes to prevent damage during transit.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Shipping Delays: Please note that public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather) may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with updates.
